Description:
PPA will be including topics on primary, secondary, further processing, meat chemistry, meat quality and defects, process improvement, products, and safety for 1 days.
This short-course will also include hands-on activities for 1.5 days at the Processing Plant in the Chicken Education Unit on Lake Wheeler Road and/or the Meat Lab at Schaub Hall on campus.
PPA full workshop will be capped at 25 participants due to limited space for hands-on activities.
For the seminar on March 17th, we will have a separate registration for 60 seats.

Registration will come with a Polo shirt, a bag, and a notebook with pen.

Exhibitor Information
Companies wishing to display table-top exhibits will be provided a table for March 17th. Any additional audio/visual requirements, electrical needs or special preparations will be billed at resort rates.
The $850 registration fee includes - One table per Vendor for exhibit space and lunch.
Space is limited (6) and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
