This is a free event – register for online (no live demonstration) or in-person participation.

The meat harvested during this event is donated to local food banks!

A boxed lunch will be provided if you register (in-person class only).

If you are not comfortable participating, you are welcome to watch, or just stay for the classroom portion of the day.
