Objective
The Prestage Department of Poultry Science at NC State University continues to host the HACCP Roundtable, which provides educational programming on food safety and HACCP while fostering open dialogue on plant operations and inspection-related food safety concerns. Through these discussions, participants gain practical insights, address shared challenges affecting their establishments, and strengthen communication and working relationships among food safety professionals across the industry.
