HACCP Roundtable Meeting

The Prestage Department of Poultry Science at NC State would like to re–establish the HACCP Roundtable discussion between industry, USDA and the department. The HACCP Roundtable is a way to gain meaningful information and address concerns that are affecting your establishments.
The goal of the roundtable is to communicate plant and inspection concerns as well as direct university resources to areas of the industry that will most benefit our stakeholders. Previously these meetings have successfully brought industry and the USDA together with university resources to overcome current struggles in food safety systems.
The third HACCP meeting will be October 17, 2018.
The 3rd HACCP Roundtable will be in Scott Hall 216 on the NC State University campus in Raleigh, NC.
