Raleigh, North Carolina
Objective
The Food Safety Modernization Act was signed in January 2011. This regulation requires animal food producers to have a food safety plan for their facilities identifying known or reasonably foreseeable hazards. This workshop is for those tasked with writing a food safety plan. Plan to come with questions about the hazard analysis or any preventive controls. We will have staff on site to help with literature searches and to answer regulatory questions. We will not write the plan for you, but think of this as a good time to get started working on your plan with support.Location
