The latest piece on the In the Field blog from the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS), Southern Raised and Grass Grazed,  features the Jackson family of Grass Grazed Farm.

They started with just 25 chickens and now offer pasture-raised chicken, heritage pork and grass-fed beef.
